My conversations around the work on potential improvements rather than past failures. The following questions guided my preparation. Did the people before me do a good job in this position? How did they work with you or your office? Who do you turn to for advice on legislative reporter outreach or general professional advice? What resource websites do you consider? What other organizations will be most helpful? What are your communication priorities for the coming year? What challenges are you or your office facing? Can I help solve these challenges? How can I help you achieve your goals in my role.
What to expect when you go in Your first week with you What a difference what to expect I expected to be overwhelmed by bureaucracy and procedures every day. Although B2B Reviews Club the interview process inspired me to think critically about what I would bring to the position I was skeptical about my ability to implement all of these changes right away. My first few weeks were far from restrictive. My perspective on government has completely changed because I have been able to integrate my ideas into current practice. My new ideas are taken seriously and I'm sure the government is working hard to make waves in our increasingly digital world.
I am still actively learning my role but my unique millennial perspective will help connect our work on Capitol Hill to other efforts outside the Capitol walls. What challenges did you encounter? Climbing the mountain was difficult. There are so many buildings and tunnels that it made me dizzy at first. I still take a few extra minutes to get to meetings because sometimes I think I'm going in the wrong direction and end up in the passage to Hogwarts. While sometimes I wish I had a magic wand and could create my own path from point to point like in the movie I wish I could traverse this mountain faster right now. What successes did I achieve in my first year.
